Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will confirm your order and pre-authorize your payment method. We will immediately check stock availability with our suppliers. If any items are unavailable or on backorder, the pre-authorization will be canceled, and we will notify you by email. For in-stock items, the order will be processed, and payment will be charged within five business days.
Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time
Handling time is the period between the order cutoff time and when the shipment is ready for transit. Orders typically ship within 4 to 14 business days, depending on product availability and the time the order is placed.

Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Free Insured Curbside Delivery: Delivery typically occurs within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
- White Glove Delivery: This premium service includes delivery to your room of choice, minor assembly (excluding saunas), and removal of packaging materials by the delivery team.
Transit Time
Transit time is the period it takes for the carrier to deliver your order after it has shipped. Transit times range from 3 to 12 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.
Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time is estimated to be between 7 to 26 business days, factoring in product availability, handling time, transit time, and the order placement time. Delivery times may be extended if the order is placed near or during public holidays.
Order Value and Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping is available on orders over $199.
- Orders under $199 can be shipped for a Flat rate of $15 fee.
