Cancellations & Refunds (Before Order Ships)
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed if more than 24 hours have passed since placing your order or if the order is already in processing.
If you need to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately. Please note that if a cancellation is processed after the 24-hour window or once processing has begun, the customer is required to pay a 25% restocking fee. Refunds and Exchanges

Manufacturer Policies: As we order chambers directly from the manufacturer, our ability to offer returns depends on the specific manufacturer's policy.

LTL/Freight Costs: Due to high shipping costs, outright returns incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. If you are replacing the unit with another model, we may be able to assist in covering a portion of these costs.
Shipping & Delivery Agreements

Inspection: You are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.

Damage Reporting: Photos and videos of damage, the box, and the SKU must be sent to info@hyperbaricworld.com within 24 hours of delivery to process a warranty claim.

Estimates: Shipping timelines are estimates. You agree not to cancel or file a chargeback due to delays caused by manufacturing or logistical constraints.

Note: Warranty covers wear and tear over time. Damage identified upon arrival must be reported within 30 days to be handled as a shipping/delivery issue rather than a warranty claim.
